Michael O’Meara D.D.S. – “Dr. O” – received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Ohio State University in 1983. He is committed to continuing education to stay at the forefront of advancements in Dentistry, and the latest in dental innovations and leading-edge technology. He attends seminars and classes annually to keep up-to-date on new research and techniques and has received specialized education and training in several areas. Dr. O’Meara incorporates appropriate technology and treatment advances into the practice to best manage oral health, standards of care and patient safety.
Dr. O’Meara’s interest in dentistry began at an early age. His uncle, an orthodontist, was his inspiration and encouragement. Dr. O’Meara has always enjoyed working directly with people, and is skilled at working with his hands doing intricate work. Choosing dentistry and patient care have been the perfect fit.
Dr. O’Meara believes in giving back to the community and is involved in several local charities. He is an avid OSU football fan and Marquette basketball fan. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, music, and reading nonfiction and historical fiction.
